What we publish
Our public content can cover residential rentals, residential sales, commercial leasing, commercial sales, local development, real estate operations, and ConnectLinx product workflows. Local articles should identify the market they actually cover. Product pages should describe features that exist or clearly label planned capabilities.
Research and sources
For time-sensitive market or development reporting, we prefer first-party and authoritative sources such as public agencies, official filings, property records, company announcements, and direct project websites. Reputable local reporting may provide additional context. Material facts should be checked against more than one source when practical.
- Dates, prices, addresses, project scope, and public approvals are checked before publication.
- Rumors, estimates, and proposed plans are identified as such.
- Active listing details come from ConnectLinx listing records and can change after publication.
- Legal, tax, lending, and regulatory topics include source context and are not a substitute for professional advice.
Originality and human review
ConnectLinx does not publish copied articles. Research tools and AI may help organize information, compare sources, or prepare a draft, but a person reviews the final article for accuracy, clarity, relevance, and unsupported claims before publication.
Updates and corrections
Real estate information changes. We may update an article when a project advances, a public record changes, a listing is modified, or better source material becomes available. Material corrections should be made promptly and the article modification date should be updated.
To report an error, include the article URL, the statement in question, and a reliable source that supports the correction.
Report a correctionIndependence and disclosures
ConnectLinx articles may explain or link to ConnectLinx features when they are relevant to the topic. Promotional content should be recognizable as company content. Paid placements, sponsorships, or affiliate relationships must be disclosed if they are used.
Images and accessibility
Images should accurately represent the subject or be clearly illustrative. Property and location images should not imply that an unrelated building or city is the place being discussed. Meaningful images receive descriptive alternative text, and purely decorative images use empty alternative text.
